About Phil

Phil Eggleton grew up on the banks of the Willowemoc River in beautiful Roscoe, N.Y. Roscoe has been honored to be listed as one of the top fifty “best outdoor sports towns” in the United States and is known by many as “Trout Town USA.”

In 2011, Roscoe was recognized by the World Fishing Network as the “Ultimate Fishing Town in the USA.” Located just two hours northwest of New York City in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, Roscoe has more than just fishing… open space, hiking trails, museums and cultural events. Come for a visit, you’ll want to stay forever.

Phil and his wife Shelley reside in Roscoe where they raised their children, Alexis and David. Their family is fortunate to have grown with the addition of their terrific daughter-in-law, Megan, and granddaughter, Riley.

When not in the office or working with real estate clients, Phil and his son, Dave, are busy with their own guide service business, also located in Roscoe. Trout Town Adventures and Guide Service provides services in fishing, fishing instruction, paddling and hiking.

Being a member of the Multiple Listing Service gives Phil access to listings in Sullivan, Delaware and Ulster counties. Our office offers expansive marketing services for rural, recreational and agricultural properties to sportsmen, investors and farmers worldwide.
